What you'll do

  • Establish, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and environmental/safety aspects-impacts registers.​

  • Monitor, execute, and compile the RKL-RPL reports semesterly, ensuring all parameters align with the company's Environmental Impact Assessment (AMDAL/UKL-UPL).​

  • Execute the 2027 PROPER Green Award roadmap, ensuring 100% data accuracy in the SIMPEL KLH system.​

  • Experienced in liaising with government officials (KLH/DLH) and local communities for empowerment programs​

  • Regular site walkthroughs and Workplace Risk Assessments to identify potential hazards, environmental pollution and chemical handling.​

  • Develop and deliver environmental training, socialization materials, and awareness campaign for factory employee. 

What you must have

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering or Engineering (Electric, Mechanical, Industrial) or equivalent​

  • Have experience as HSE staff in manufacturing or construction area at least 3 years.​

  • Understanding of safety, health and environmental management principles, practices and regulations.​

  • Have analytical skills, and able to communicate effectively with employees at all level.​

  • Have Ahli K3 Umum Kemnaker certification is mandatory

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)

  • Proficient in English (speaking and writing)

Nice if you have

  • Have SMK3 Auditor certification is preferred​

  • Have Environmental Certification (PPPA, PPPU, PLB3) is preferred

  • Able to speak Korean is an additional point

Compensation & Working Conditions

  • Working hours Monday - Friday 07.00 ~ 16.00
