LG Electronics Hellas Single Member S.A. is looking for an Information Display (ID) Hospitality Key Account to play a key role in our ID sales strategy and execution in Greece.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow LG’s AV System Integrator ecosystem by building structured engagement plans to expand partner coverage, capability, and partner-led growth across the Information Display portfolio.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with AV System Integrators, Retail partners, and key stakeholders, engaging both commercial and technical decision-makers to build long-term collaboration and trust.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities through targeted account planning, prospecting, and market engagement.
- Lead end-to-end opportunity management with partners, from project identification and qualification to solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Drive solution-based selling across LG Digital Signage, LED Walls, Professional Displays, and Interactive Displays aligned with customer use cases and project requirements.
- Support partners through consultative engagement, including solution workshops, product demonstrations, training, and tailored presentations aligned to customer needs and vertical priorities.
- Ensure effective pipeline governance and visibility, maintaining high-quality CRM updates, accurate forecasting and disciplined sales execution.
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements in line with company guidelines to ensure profitable and sustainable outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Product Management, Pre-sales, Technical, Marketing) to remove barriers, accelerate deal cycles, and improve win rates.
- Monitor market trends and the digital signage landscape, translating insights into actionable account plans and growth initiatives.
- Represent LG in industry events and networking activities to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective management of sales activities and execution discipline.
Skills, Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of relevant experience in sales account management
- Experience working with system integrators, distributors, or channel partners in a technology / solutions environment.
- Solid understanding of indirect sales models and partner-driven go-to-market strategies.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to combine commercial thinking with solution-oriented selling.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both commercial and technical stakeholders.
- Good organizational skills, including disciplined pipeline management and follow-through.
- Very good MS Excel and familiarity with CRM systems, and sales reporting processes.
- Very good command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
