Job Summary
This Job supports procurement activities for equipment, construction, and MRO purchases by assisting with sourcing, supplier communication, quotation analysis, purchase orders, and related procurement processes. Works closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support timely and cost-effective procurement activities.
Responsibilities
- Support procurement activities for equipment, construction, and MRO purchases.
- Assist with RFQ/RFP activities, including preparing requests and collecting supplier quotations.
- Review and organize supplier quotations and prepare basic bid comparisons.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, specifications, and other commercial matters.
- Support purchase order creation and maintenance in accordance with company procurement processes.
- Assist with supplier selection, negotiations, and follow-up activities under the guidance of senior procurement team members.
- Maintain procurement records, purchasing documentation, and supplier information.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functional teams, to support procurement activities.
- Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and outstanding procurement actions.
- Support cost analysis and other data-driven procurement activities.
- Perform other procurement-related duties and projects as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 0-3+ years of relevant experience
- Internship, academic, or work experience related to procurement, supply chain, purchasing, analytics, or business operations.
- Experience working with data analysis or reporting tools is preferred
Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and supplie
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage to larn procurement systems, processes and procedures
- Korean Bilingual proficiency a plus
