About this Job

The AX Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining AI-driven automation solutions to improve business efficiency across the organization. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, transform business processes into automated workflows, develop Proof of Concepts (POC), and deploy solutions into production environments.

What you'll do

1.Requirement Gathering & Process Analysis

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders from various business functions to understand business requirements and operational challenges.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and automation workflows.

2.Solution Design & Planning

• Design automation architecture and workflow logic.
• Develop project plans, implementation roadmaps, timelines, and technical documentation.
• Work closely with supervisors and business users throughout project delivery.

3. AI & Workflow Development

• Develop workflow automation solutions using n8n.
• Integrate AI technologies, APIs, and external systems into automation processes.
• Configure and customize automation logic based on business requirements.
• Utilize JavaScript to create workflow conditions, validations, and business rules.
• Apply prompt engineering and AI-assisted coding techniques where appropriate.

4. Proof of Concept (POC) Development

• Build Proof of Concept (POC) solutions to validate business ideas.
• Demonstrate proposed solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Refine solutions based on testing and business requirements.

5. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop test scenarios and testing plans.
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), Manual Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize solution performance.

6. Deployment & Platform Management

• Deploy automation solutions into production environments.
• Manage deployment through Docker containers.
• Support and maintain web portal integrations built on React.js and TypeScript.
• Monitor system performance and resolve production issues.
• Handle server incidents and application troubleshooting.

7. Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

• Provide post-deployment support and maintenance.
• Investigate and resolve user-reported issues.
• Continuously improve automation solutions and system performance.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in software development, workflow automation, or solution delivery.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n.
• Experience using JavaScript for automation workflows and business logic development.
• Experience with Docker and container deployment.Experience with React.js and TypeScript.
• Experience building internal tools, workflow systems, or AI-powered solutions.Basic understanding of AI/LLM technologies and prompt engineering.
• Experience with REST API integration.Experience with SAP / SAP S/4HANA.
• Skilled in Microsoft Power BI and dashboard development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI tools in business processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud (Azure) services, cloud integration, and application deployment.
• Experience conducting UAT, troubleshooting, and supporting production systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command in English is a plus
