What You’ll Do:
- Support daily order management activities, including reviewing order details and ensuring required information is complete and accurate.
- Communicate regularly with the sales team to follow up on order status, customer requirements, and related operational updates.
- Create and manage proforma invoices
- Assist with price registration and ensure pricing information is accurately entered and maintained in the system.
- Check product availability to support order planning and delivery
- Cooperate with the Supply Chain Management team regarding order release
- Help update regular reports by collecting data, checking accuracy, and maintaining the latest information for internal tracking.
- Collect, organize, and manage documents related to sales programs
What You Must Have:
- Ongoing university/college studies (preferably in Business administration, Management area)
- Fluent English and Hungarian is a must
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel formulas, Power point design)
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Proactive attitude, logical thinking, and excellent teamwork skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Accurate and precise work, paying attention to details
- At least 20 hours availability/week
