LG Electronics, we are looking for a Demand Planner
We are looking for a Demand Planner who will be responsible for planning and managing demand through the analysis of historical data, seasonality, market trends, and customer behavior, ensuring optimal product availability and supporting the achievement of commercial objectives.
What will your main responsibilities be?
- Develop and update weekly and monthly demand forecasts.
- Analyze Sell-In sales performance by product and model.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and sales achievement.
- Evaluate customer inventory levels and recommend optimal purchasing strategies.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely product replenishment.
- Track available inventory and goods in transit.
- Analyze market, business, and customer data to support decision-making.
- Drive improvements in demand planning processes.
- Identify Long-Term Inventory (LTI) risks and define action plans.
What do you need for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or similar roles.
- At least 2 years of experience in consumer goods or consumer electronics (desirable).
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Advanced English (essential – full process conducted in English).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
