What you’ll do
- Responsible for managing national GTM activity.
- Overall store display such as display rack and POSM, manpower management (promoter, trainer, merchandiser)
- In-store display includes store renovation, POSM and monitoring SKU flooring
- Promoter management such including sellout productivity, capability/performance and motivation.
- Capability development thru training part includes Offline/online training, performance management, material development, BP search. Trainers and merchandisers capability also need to be managed.
What you must have:
- At least bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Good knowledge In-Store management, Retail, Salesforce management.
- Experienced as Team Head/ Manager Min.3 years.

- Advance in Data Analysis Tools (Excel, Power BI, etc).
