What You'll Do
- Monitor and track material inventory levels to ensure material availability for operations and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, transfers, and stock balances in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to ensure timely material delivery and distribution.
- Assist in conducting inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
- Prepare inventory and material consumption reports for management review.
- Support material planning activities by tracking material requirements and identifying potential shortages.
- Investigate and report material discrepancies and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control standards.
What You Must Have
- 1-2 years of experience in Material Control, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and material control processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare accurate reports.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
