Job Description: 

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and track material inventory levels to ensure material availability for operations and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, transfers, and stock balances in the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to ensure timely material delivery and distribution.
  • Assist in conducting inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
  • Prepare inventory and material consumption reports for management review.
  • Support material planning activities by tracking material requirements and identifying potential shortages.
  • Investigate and report material discrepancies and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control standards.

What You Must Have

  • 1-2 years of experience in Material Control, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and material control processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare accurate reports.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
