What you'll do
- Manage basic processes in the GP system and coordinate with HQ Admin for GPS-related issues
- Oversee monthly reporting
- Process RFx for assigned purchase requests
- Collect and analyze data as directed by the Part Leader
- Conduct GP training for LGEAK region and suppliers
What you must have
- Minimum 1+ years in Procurement, Finance, or Law
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Nice if you have
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is advantageous
- Ability to multitask effectively
