Position Summary

We are looking for a B2B CAC Technical Engineer with strong expertise in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems and Energy Solutions (ES) to join our growing B2B team in Amman, Jordan. The role will focus on providing technical support, solution design, and project execution to ensure optimal performance of LG’s Commercial Air Conditioning systems.

What you'll do:

• Provide technical support for CAC (Commercial Air Conditioning) and Energy Solution projects from design to installation and commissioning.
• Conduct product selection, system design validation, and performance analysis for HVAC solutions.
• Support sales teams by preparing technical proposals, drawings, and solution presentations.
• Ensure compliance with LG’s quality standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site visits, system inspections, and troubleshooting for ongoing projects.
• Deliver technical training to partners, consultants, and contractors on LG HVAC and ES products.
• Collaborate with regional HQ teams to enhance solution efficiency and technical capabilities.
• Support tender preparation and technical evaluation with customers and consultants.

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in HVAC systems, preferably in B2B or project-based environments.
• Strong understanding of VRF systems, chillers, and building energy solutions.
• Experience with AutoCAD, HVAC design software, and MS Office tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
