As an Area Manager Central Italy (Area 3) - HVAC Business, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets within your area in alignment with the company’s overall strategy. You will lead a team of sales agents while ensuring a high level of customer experience and satisfaction throughout all interactions.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a group of sales agencies to achieve designated sales targets across ITS professional and Electrical channels.
- Develop profitable business opportunities with both new and existing customers, including Top Installer, Vertical Customer, and AWHP segments.
- Continuously monitor sales and contract progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, providing expert advice on product ranges tailored to customer needs.
- Guide sales agencies in planning and executing marketing and sales activities in line with the campaign calendar.
- Collaborate with sales agencies to manage inventory levels effectively and take proactive action on long-term or phase-out products.
- Oversee order verification and assist in optimizing the sales process.
- Drive increased market share for LG products through coordinated promotional planning and execution.
- Propose pricing and sales conditions in collaboration with supervisors.
- Mentor and coach sales agents, supporting their professional development and performance improvement.
- Establish trust through rigorous checks and transparent communication.
- Develop individual sales rep growth plans and formalize annual agreements, including sales forecasting and planning.
What You Must Have
- Proven experience in sales management within the HVAC or related technical channels.
- Experience working with ITS professional channels and Electrical channels.
- Familiarity with Wholesales Hydraulic ,Electrical , Top Installer, Vertical Customer, and AWHP sales segments.
- Knowledge of LG HVAC product lines and promotional strategies.
- Results-driven approach with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to monitor sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Nice If You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Good English level and fluent Italian in case not native speaker.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC products, and related promotional strategies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, and product management.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Previous success in mentoring and developing sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
