We are actively searching for an entry level Information Technology or Computer Science candidate to join our IT team in our corporate office in Atlanta, GA. This is a newly created, full-time hourly position and the incoming will be responsible for a variety of tasks in the areas of software management, network management, Helpdesk and IT Operations to name a few. The specialist will report to the Team Leader and collaborates with out local team members.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Essential Functions (include but are not limited to):

 

  • Asset Management: Report Office Appliances/Equipment (OA) asset inventory, handle PC return, collection, and storage.
  • Software Management: Install and manage licenses for specific software, inspect and delete illegal software.
  • Network Management: Set up user wireless settings, configure printer IP settings, and construct networks.
  • IT Helpdesk : Handle installation, movement, addition, and change requests for OA equipment(Cloud PC), manage history, and respond to business user needs.
  • IT Security Management: Support end-point security solutions, manage security program installations, and respond to viruses and malware.
  • IT Operation Management: Systematically operate and manage customer's OA devices, handle PC settings, and manage software installations.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: What We’re Looking For

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing Bachelor degree) in IT, Computer science, or a related field.  
  • Technical certifications are a plus but not mandatory

 

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of Windows OS, and commonly used business software (Microsoft Office, Webex, etc.).
  • Ability to install and configure software applications efficiently.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting common IT issues (printer connectivity, network issues, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (Wi-Fi setup, IP addressing, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with employees who have varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Prior experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or similar role (even as an intern or volunteer) is a plus
  • Bilingual Korean is a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Advanced Microsoft suite
