Below is a list of roles to consider:
FUNCTION AREAS:
- Accounting: manage financial records, prepare financial reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and compliance with GAAP; IFRS is a plus.
- Finance: Financial Planning & Analysis, capital management, measure financial performance by tracking metrics/identifying trends.
- Logistics: Inventory management, international shipping & receiving, supply chain coordination, data & system management, Third Party Logistics (3PL).
- Human Resources: core functions include recruitment & onboarding, Employee Relations, Benefits & Compensation, Training & Development, being a strong business partner to leadership.
- Sales: Client relationship management, consultative selling, sales pipeline development, contract negotiations and closing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a functional area.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment of internal and/or external stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency in various software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency in the use of PC and Microsoft Office suite.
