About the Legal Team

The LGCAI Legal Department serves as a strategic business partner to the company’s Americas operations. The team advises on a broad range of legal matters, including commercial and transactional work, labor and employment, immigration, environmental health and safety (EHS), regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and enterprise risk management. The Legal Department is also actively exploring and responsibly rolling out AI tools to enhance legal operations, improve efficiency, and support high‑quality legal analysis.

Program Overview:  The LGCAI Summer Associate Program offers law students the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in an in‑house legal department at a global manufacturing company. This fully onsite program at LGCAI’s Buckhead office allows Summer Associates to work directly with in‑house counsel, collaborate with internal business clients, and gain exposure to a wide range of legal issues affecting large‑scale industrial and corporate operations.

Summer Associates will receive mentorship from experienced in‑house attorneys and will have opportunities to observe and participate in meetings with internal stakeholders, gaining insight into how legal advice is delivered in a corporate, operational environment.
