Lead and execute B2B sales strategy, managing project pipelines, S&OP forecasting, and key client relationships across multiple industries. Drive business growth through market analysis, distributor performance management, and data‑driven insights, while presenting strategic plans and promoting LG solutions to achieve short‑ and long‑term targets.
What you'll do
- Lead B2B sales strategy, execution, and overall client management.
- Manage project pipelines and S&OP processes to ensure accurate forecasting and delivery.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries construction, developers, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and more.
- Oversee all data analysis related to B2B sales, providing insights to address business challenges and support strategic decisions.
- Prepare short‑ and long‑term business plans and present to the Managing Director and Product Director.
- Monitor distributor performance, sales progress, and overall achievement toward targets.
- Present and promote LG products to customers across project segments, highlighting value, solutions, and benefits to influence selection.
- Propose sales and marketing activities that support distributor growth and target achievement.
- Conduct market surveys, track new development projects, and maintain a database of project developers and investments.
- Effectively organize work, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Managing Director and Product Director.
What you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience with strong analytical capability.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong data‑driven mindset with experience turning insights into successful strategies.
- Well-recognized industry reputation with established client relationships.
- Solid understanding of the air-conditioning business.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and sound business judgment.
