About the job:

We are looking for an Assistant Corporate Marketing Manager to drive both online and offline marketing efforts, with a strong focus on marketing communications, PR, creative campaigns, and corporate events. This role requires collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to develop innovative strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen reputation, and drive engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with excellent organizational skills, a passion for impactful marketing, and experience in managing corporate events.

 

What you'll do

 

1. Brand Management

 

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive and professional brand image.

 

2. Marketing Communications

 

  • Develop and implement Marketing Communications strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
  • Craft creative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and elevate brand recognition.
  • Work with PR agency, media outlets, influencers, and partners to amplify campaign reach.
  • Monitor PR and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.

 

3. Online Marketing

 

  • Develop and manage content for social media, websites, and email platforms in alignment with campaign goals.
  • Analyze online campaign results and collaborate with agencies to optimize performance.

 

4. Corporate Event Management

 

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful event execution.
  • Ensure events align with brand strategy and marketing goals.
  • Monitor event performance and provide post-event analysis and recommendations.

 

5. Marketing Support

 

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Assist the marketing team in brainstorming and developing new ideas for campaigns and promotions.
  • Maintain and organize marketing databases and campaign files.
  • Provide document and administrative support as needed.

 

6. Budget and Reporting

 

  • Track and manage marketing expenses, ensuring alignment with budgets.
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign and event performance, including outcomes and actionable insights.

 

What you must have

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience with a focus on marketing communications, PR, creative campaigns, and event management.
  • Proven expertise in planning and executing corporate events.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing communications, PR, event management, and digital marketing tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for branding.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign and event performance.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
