Drives product roadmap, launches, pricing, and promotions while managing demand forecasting, inventory, and channel PSI to meet sales targets. Optimizes price structure and profitability through market insights and channel‑specific sell‑out strategies.
What you'll do
- Lead product roadmap and go‑to‑market execution, including product launches, pricing, and promotion strategies.
- Manage demand forecasting and inventory in close collaboration with Sales and Demand Planning teams.
- Monitor channel PSI (inventory, sell‑in, sell‑out) to achieve sales targets with healthy inventory levels.
- Manage price structure and ensure product profitability.
- Analyze market data and execute effective, channel‑specific pricing and promotions to drive sell‑out.
What you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in product management or a related function.
- Proficient in demand forecasting and inventory management.
- Experience working with PD and PM team to align inventory with market demand.
- Experience in developing and executing pricing and promotion strategies that drive sell-out.
- Ability to monitor and analyze channel performance metrics (PSI: Inventory, Sell-in & Sell-out).
- Proficient in English, Korean and Thai.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
