About the job
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing dealer relationships, and ensuring alignment with company objectives through strategic planning and execution.
What you'll do
- Sales Target Development: Create and develop comprehensive sales achievement targets that align with company goals and market conditions.
- Dealer Channel Management: Oversee and manage sales promotions across all dealer channels to maximize market penetration and sales effectiveness.
- Program Planning and Execution: Plan and coordinate PSI with dealers, ensuring all promotional activities are in line with company policies and sales programs.
- Financial Management: Ensure timely resolution of chargebacks to maintain financial integrity and dealer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor sales performance metrics and provide detailed reports to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Inventory Management: Implement swift actions to address slow-moving or non-moving products to optimize inventory levels and minimize losses.
What you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in sales management, preferably in the TV/AV industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage dealer relationships.
- Experience in planning and executing sales promotions and incentive programs.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving, particularly in inventory management.
