About the job

The Demand Planner is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end forecasting and inventory planning process to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels across all channels. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, HQ, and overseas factories to gather accurate market insights, analyze historical trends, and develop reliable statistical forecasts. The Demand Planner monitors PSI data, evaluates forecast accuracy, and communicates key performance metrics to management.

 

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams to develop accurate, data‑driven demand forecasts.
  • Analyze historical trends, identify demand drivers, build forecasting models, and evaluate forecast accuracy.
  • Prepare and present management reports covering forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and stock alignment.
  • Lead end‑to‑end demand and inventory planning processes to support business targets.
  • Continuously improve forecasting tools, methodologies, and processes for better operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with overseas factories and HQ teams on shipment plans, production schedules, and supply alignment.
  • Collect, consolidate, and monitor PSI data (Purchase – Sales – Inventory) across channels.
  • Support business development through market analysis, opportunity identification, and strategic insights.
  • Partner with Sales and BD teams to review new business proposals, assess demand potential, and forecast volume for new products/channels.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support product strategies and channel expansion.

 

What you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, or sales planning.
  • Experience in business development, market analysis, or commercial strategy is a plus.
  • Background in consumer electronics or related industries preferred.
  • Good command in English.
