About the job
The Digital Commerce & Subscription Specialist will be responsible for managing LG’s official online store and driving sales performance across key third-party e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. This role involves overseeing pricing, promotions, and product assortment, conducting competitor analysis, and developing effective sales strategies. The specialist will also manage subscription-based business operations, coordinating closely with internal teams (LGM, LSM, LP) to plan promotions, optimize store displays, and ensure strategic product placement. The position requires a strong focus on category management, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize revenue and enhance customer engagement.
What you'll do

3P Platform Management (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, etc.)

Subscription Business Management
- Coordination with LGM, LSM, LP

What you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
- Minimum 3 years’ Experience in digital commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok) and online store operations.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, promotion planning, and product lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with subscription-based business models and customer retention strategies.
- Possessing category management experience will be an advantage.
- Good command of English and Thai.
