About the job

 

Responsible for end-to-end execution of e-commerce operations on LG.com, including campaign setup, product and pricing management, and order fulfillment support. This role ensures seamless coordination of online promotions, maintains accurate product listings and pricing structures, and monitors inventory availability to support sales performance. The position also drives data-driven decision-making through sales analysis and reporting, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency, platform compliance, and successful campaign delivery.
 
What you'll do
 

E-commerce Operations & Campaign Management

 

  • Manage end-to-end execution of online campaigns across LG.com.
  • Set up and maintain promotional mechanics including coupons, bundles, add-on deals, smart packs, and platform-specific promotions.
  • Coordinate with Marketing teams to ensure campaign readiness and timely execution.
  • Support livestreaming and e-promoter promotional activities.

 

Product & Pricing Management

 

  • Create and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms and website systems.
  • Register new products and manage product segmentation.
  • Maintain price registers and promotional pricing structures.
  • Configure installment payment programs and platform-specific pricing.

 

Inventory & Order Operations

 

  • Monitor inventory availability and coordinate stock allocation.
  • Manage stock replenishment and pre-order configurations.
  • Coordinate replacement orders and special order requests.
  • Ensure product availability during key campaigns and peak sales periods.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

 

  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and business reviews.
  • Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance.
  • Support demand forecasting activities and update forecast assumptions.
  • Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.

 

Cross-functional Coordination

 

  • Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Management, Customer Service, Finance, and external partners.
  • Coordinate issue resolution related to pricing, promotions, product setup, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure operational processes comply with company standards and platform requirements.

 

What you must have

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce in brand.com.
  • Strong Excel and Data analysis skills.
  • Excellent project management and coordination abilities
  • Good communication skills both English and Thai.
