About the job
to lead and scale our commercial washing machine franchise business. This role is responsible for franchise strategy, partner performance, sales growth, and end‑to‑end commercial execution across assigned markets.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute franchise strategy to expand commercial laundry business (self‑service, OPL, hospitality, healthcare, etc.).
- Manage franchise partners’ performance, ensuring sales targets, brand standards, and operational excellence.
- Drive revenue growth through pricing strategy, promotions, project sales, and channel development.
- Lead contract negotiation, franchise agreements, and commercial terms in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with operations, service, marketing, and supply chain to ensure seamless project delivery and after‑sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare business plans, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management.
What you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–12+ years of experience in franchise management, B2B sales, or commercial equipment business.
- Strong understanding of commercial laundry, industrial equipment, or franchise operations is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in channel management, partner development, and revenue growth.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication both Thai and English
