The Store Management Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing in- store activations to drive brand engagement, and customer acquisition. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, from concept development to post-event analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Store Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement store concepts aligned with marketing and subscription business goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (visuals, promotions, customer interactions).
Marketing & Promotion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns (e.g., social media, email, in-store promotions) to drive foot traffic and subscriptions.
- Leverage data insights to optimize pop-up activations for maximum ROI.
Customer Engagement
- Train staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences that highlight subscription benefits.
- Gather feedback and insights to refine future pop-up strategies.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work with sales teams to align pop-up activations with lead generation and conversion targets.
- Partner with IT/Operations for tech integrations (e.g., subscription sign-up kiosks, CRM updates).
Performance Analysis
- Track KPIs (e.g., foot traffic, conversion rates, subscription sign-ups) and report on success metrics.
- Recommend improvements based on post-event evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years in retail, events, or store management.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms).
- Creative problem-solving and vendor negotiation skills.
