Responsible for overseeing the visual presentation within retail stores to enhance customer experience and drive sales. This role involves managing budgets, designing and implementing effective in-store displays, collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, buyers, and store managers, and ensuring consistent brand standards across all locations. Key responsibilities include budget management, display effectiveness analysis, product presentation optimization, display maintenance, and adherence to merchandising guidelines.
What you'll do
In-Store Display / In-Store Management
- Managing costs and ensuring displays stay within allocated budgets.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluating the effectiveness of renovation investment with sell-out improvement as ultimate goal.
- Designing and Implementing Displays: co working with sales, PC leader, PC and customer display team or supplier to get high-traffic areas.
- Product Presentation: Product Arranging and displaying merchandise to highlight key product items and create a positive customer experience.
- Display Maintenance: prioritize and Manage Shop nationwide for refreshing displays regularly to keep them have good appealing.
MRO (Monitor Report Operation) in store management on “Shop Manager GSMS”
- Manage in store POSM; such as Visibility, Display, Event, Survey
- Manage issue report from GSMS system and support PC leader to solving issues; such as display, merchandise, event, VVIP
- Manage PC’s Leader MRO visit store KPI, by setup target of store to be visited, Actual coverage, Issue and summary in monthly KPI. Coverage to update Progress of each PC Leader
- Manage Merchandiser visit store KPI by Calculate actual visited for KPI and incentive
What you must have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Merchandising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1 year of experience in visual merchandising, store management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing budgets and executing display strategies that improve sell-out performance.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, procurement, and store operations.
- Good communication skill both Thai and English.
