Drive online media strategy across brand.com and marketplaces to grow traffic, conversions, and revenue through data-driven performance marketing. Manage budgets, lead campaigns end-to-end, and collaborate cross-functionally (including global teams) to optimize results. Lead a digital team while identifying new growth opportunities and continuously improving performance.
What you'll do
- Planning ,developing and create online media strategy and managing brand.com (include subscription) and marketplace overall traffic and sales
- Manage multi marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and provider regular performance reports
- Build and manage performance marketing campaign and analyze performance metrics for the full customer journey, from ad exposure to landing page and conversion across all available platforms and stores
- Works closely with online sales team to ensure that there is a shared goal of improving marketing program and campaign
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with brand messaging include global team
- Lead a team of digital marketer, providing guidance mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Identify opportunities for expansion, new audience targeting, and innovative growth strategies
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data and provide insight to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Stay up to date with latest technologies and best practices
What you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in e-commerce in brand.com.
- 10 years of experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on exposure to brand.com performance and Tableau are a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, project management skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of digital media metrics, social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer marketing and Marketplace Ads
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing is an advantage.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Work well under pressure and multi tasking with e-commerce environment
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
