About the job
To lead and manage sales training programs for subscription business. This role is responsible for developing training processes, manuals, and materials, delivering effective product training, and enhancing sales capability through structured learning programs. The position works closely with sales, product, and related teams to support new product launches and improve sales performance.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement sales training processes, programs, and manuals
- Plan, coordinate, and manage end‑to‑end sales training activities
- Conduct product and sales training for Sales Agents, Dealers and Product Consultants
- Create and continuously improve training materials (manuals, booklets, service talk materials)
- Collaborate with sales and product teams on new product launches
- Support sales teams with product positioning and competitive analysis
- Assess and evaluate sales personnel product knowledge and training effectiveness
- Monitor training outcomes and recommend improvement actions
What you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Education, Training, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales training, product training, or related roles
- Strong training facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
