About the job
Responsible for inventory management, stock movement within the warehouse, preparation of related reports, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support warehouse and sales operations effectively, accurately, and in a timely manner.
What you'll do
1. Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare Inventory Aging Report for stock age analysis
- Prepare NSGI Weekly Report
- Extract Model Master data from the system for reference and verification
- Extract Serial Number (S/N) data to support the sales team
2. Inventory & Stock Operations
- Transfer Sub Inventory for Other Out transactions
- Support Transfer transactions for Other Out, Subscription, OBS, and MCL
- Execute Scrap Process and manage scrap auction sales
- Execute Grade C Process for non-standard products
3. Coordination
- Coordinate with Load Planner to arrange trucks for Transfer, box collection from the factory, and MCL transfers
- Coordinate the request of Box Damage replacements
- Support Pantos Inventory and Load Planner teams, including resolving operational issues
What you must have
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Warehouse Management or Inventory Control
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) for inventory transactions
- Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Filter)
- Understanding of Inbound, Outbound, Transfer, and Stock Adjustment processes
