What you'll do

Conducting all processes of calculating and controlling monthly Labor Costs and General Incentives

Ensuring the employee remunerations are paid on time and in the right amount, also comply with the applicable regulations within the Company and Government rules and regulations

Maintain, control, and update complex personnel information and payroll data of employees
-
Maintain employee daily working record (absence, overtime, etc)

Maintain issues related to payroll and compensation benefits and able to communicate properly with employees
What you must have

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Management, Economics, Mathematics, Psychology, or equivalent
-
At least 1 year of working experience in HR / manufacturing field is preferable, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Have knowledge/interest in calculation of Compensation and Benefits, Incentive Systems, Work Scheduling, and other (related systems).

Understand employment laws very well

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).

Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English is a must.

Willing to work in Kawasan Industri MM2100, Cibitung, Bekasi.
Nice if you have
- Able to speak Korean is an additional point
- Ability to process big data
