What you'll do

  • Conducting all processes of calculating and controlling monthly Labor Costs and General Incentives

  • Ensuring the employee remunerations are paid on time and in the right amount, also comply with the applicable regulations within the Company and Government rules and regulations

  • Maintain, control, and update complex personnel information and payroll data of employees

  • Maintain employee daily working record (absence, overtime, etc)

  • Maintain issues related to payroll and compensation benefits and able to communicate properly with employees

 

What you must have

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Management, Economics, Mathematics, Psychology, or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of working experience in HR / manufacturing field is preferable, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Have knowledge/interest in calculation of Compensation and Benefits, Incentive Systems, Work Scheduling, and other (related systems).

  • Understand employment laws very well

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).

  • Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English is a must.

  • Willing to work in Kawasan Industri MM2100, Cibitung, Bekasi.

 

Nice if you have

  • Able to speak Korean is an additional point
  • Ability to process big data
