What You'll Do
- Manage Media Solutions Department sales progress and monthly results with strategic product data
- Analyze CPS, monitor KPI targets, and guide prices
- Analyze market pricing, promotion depth, and track price positioning and erosion status
- Manage and analyze pre-planned promotions and their results; manage monthly/quarterly sales deductions
- Conduct market demand and share analysis, forecasting, and hit model evaluation
- Monitor the ATA based on the positioning strategy
- Support budget and action plan management, ISM planning, and promoter coordination
- Report management & Meeting Preparation and support
What You Must Have
- Fluent Korean and English
- University degree in international business and administration
- Active usage of sales management programmes such as SAP/ERP
- At least 6-8 years of experience in the industry or in related field
- Strong analytical skills
- Logical and proactive behavior
- Vigorous knowledge of MS office and basic statistical knowledge
- Familiar with cross functional working environment
- Professional coordination skills
- Assertive communication skills
