What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Eco Solutions business growth by identifying, following, and securing new Chiller and AC project opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with AC designers, contractors and developers through regular visits and professional support
  • Guide and support distributors with project follow‑up, technical knowledge, and LG solution recommendations
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, price quotations, and solution comparisons for customers
  • Lead negotiations regarding pricing, quantities, payment terms, and delivery conditions
  • Manage project pipelines, keep BRM updated, monitor project milestones, and ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with the product management team by providing monthly forecasts and market insights
  • Conduct market monitoring, including competitor solution analysis and reporting
  • Organize and deliver technical trainings, PRM sessions, and CRM activities to strengthen partner capabilities and product knowledge
  • Work as a proactive team player, sharing information and supporting colleagues to ensure effective daily operation

 

What You Must Have:

  • University degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Building Engineering, Building Service Engineering or Energy Engineering
  • 5+ years’ experience in HVAC / AC / chiller / technical sales
  • Strong technical knowledge and communication skills
  • Confident negotiation and relationship‑building ability
  • Proactive, customer‑focused, collaborative mindset
  • Fluent English knowledge and Hungarian
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Driving license “B” and willingness to travel extensively
