LG Electronics Central South Europe is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Media Solutions Sales Assistant to support our Domestic Sales team. If you have strong administrative skills, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and want to be part of a global brand, we would love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly sales operations based on management guidelines
- Manage sales‑related administration, including contracts, invoices, and partner documentation
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of internal systems and the product portfolio
- Coordinate delivery processes with manufacturing plants and internal departments
- Monitor and follow-up workflow status in company systems
- Set up and maintain prices in internal systems
- Maintain effective relationships and collaboration with partners’ purchasing, sales, administration, logistics, and finance teams
- Support colleagues when needed to ensure smooth daily operations
What You Must Have:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or a sales‑related administrative role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proactive attitude, logical thinking, and excellent teamwork skills
- Fluent English and Hungarian
- Logical thinking and proactive behavior
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Analytical mindset and strong cooperation abilities
- Accurate and precise work, paying attention to details
- College or University degree is an advantage
