As a member of the LG Electronics Online Brand Store (OBS) Team, you will support the daily operation of LG's online sales platform and gain valuable experience in e-commerce, order management, customer service, and logistics processes.

 

You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure the smooth processing of customer orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds. If you are interested in e-commerce operations and want to gain practical experience in a multinational environment, this opportunity is for you.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor customer orders and coordinate order fulfillment with logistics partners and warehouses
  • Handling customer return processes and communicate regularly with external logistics partners
  • Tracking orders from order placement to invoicing and return completion
  • Review pending orders and support follow-up actions
  • Contributing solving customer complaints and support consumer experience
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and solving customer complaints

 

What You Must Have:

  • Ongoing university or college studies for at least 1 more year
  • Good command of Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work at least 25 hours per week
