Service Engineer
LG Electronics Central South Europe is looking for a dedicated Service Engineer who will provide comprehensive technical support to our service network and management, ensuring top-quality home appliance performance and outstanding customer satisfaction across products such as washing machines, refrigerators, and vacuum cleaners.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage HS repair processes, ensuring continuous analysis and control of product quality
- Provide technical and training support to the service network and sales chain
- Organize and oversee rework and refurbishing activities to reduce warranty claims
- Monitor and analyze the quality of returned products (RTN) and provide feedback to factories
- Handle customer complaints and propose process improvements to increase customer satisfaction
- Investigate product issues, document and report cases to Headquarter/European Headquarter, and manage compensation processes
- Act as a proactive team player, supporting colleagues and departments to ensure efficient daily operations
What You Must Have:
- Technical & Service knowledge
- Service filed experience (at least 3Y)
- Experience in technical training
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
- Intermediate or higher-level office program usage skills
