What You’ll Do:

  • Manage service partner contracts, amendments, and related administrative documentation
  • Coordinate partner registration and contract execution across company systems
  • Monitor pending repair claims to ensure timely resolution
  • Manage extended warranty claim settlements and reimbursement processes
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate claim records
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly partner assessment activities and communicate results
  • Process and administer incoming invoices in company systems
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department to support timely payments

 

What You Must Have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in administration, operations support, customer service, finance, or a similar position
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cooperate with internal departments and external partners
