As a Key Account Manager for Built-In Home Appliances, your mission is to drive growth and increase market share within the Italian retail channel. You will implement the sales strategy, leveraging your deep knowledge of the business, products, and market to ensure we meet and exceed our category sales targets. Your role is crucial in strengthening our presence and optimizing LG’s position across key retail accounts.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Implement the sales strategy to achieve category sales targets and increase market share.
  • Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of the market to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other Built-In Key Account Managers to optimize company positioning across all sales channels.
  • Develop short- and long-term sales plans and forecasts; prepare and execute sales strategies for assigned customers.
  • Act as the main liaison between customers and LG teams to facilitate effective communication and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights; provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage customer relationships through accurate forecasting, sell-out tracking, budget control, and cost management.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments such as Marketing, Product Management, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, and Finance.
  • Travel frequently across Italy to meet clients and support sales activities.

 

What You Must Have

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar Key Account Manager role within the Built-In home appliances market.
  • Strong knowledge of the Consumer Electronics market and retail channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); fluency in Italian is required for non-native speakers.
  • Proven track record in a proactive sales environment with commercial acumen and ability to meet sales objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience working in a KPI-driven performance environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
  • Effective time management and flexibility.
