As Built-in Marketing Manager you will lead the local marketing strategy and execution for our built-in appliances business for the Italian market.
This role requires strong expertise in multichannel marketing, deep knowledge of the kitchen and appliance industry, and the ability to translate global strategies into impactful local actions.
What you'll do
- Develop and adapt product storytelling and key visuals in line with brand and BU strategy.
- Manage the local marketing budget (APMS and Moving Plan), ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Lead consumer promotion plans across channels (KRT, CE, KM), including ROI evaluation and performance tracking.
- Coordinate the implementation of global campaigns in cooperation with HQ marketing.
- Oversee in-store marketing (ISM) for all three channels:
- KRT (Kitchen Retailers): high-touch selling environments
- CE (Consumer Electronics): high-traffic retail
- KM (Kitchen Manufacturers): showroom and co-branded environments
- Drive POP material development, from concept to production, with support from external vendors.
- Lead channel marketing and retail media activation, customizing initiatives per channel partner and audience.
- Work cross-functionally with PR and social media teams at BU level to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Activate sponsorships and partnerships at national level
- Support ATL campaign deployment (TV, print, digital), collaborating with media and creative agencies.
What you must have
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within home appliances, consumer electronics, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding and solid experience in the built-in channel ecosystem: KRT (Kitchen Retailers), CE (Consumer Electronics Retailers), KM (Kitchen Manufacturers)
- Solid background in trade and consumer marketing, including ATL/BTL, promotions, and POS activation.
- Proven experience managing budgets, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a balance between strategic thinking and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Master Degree in Economics/Marketing/Management.
- Fluent Italian (in case of not Italian native speakers), full professional proficiency in English.

- Understanding of appliance installation processes and how marketing can support installer and after-sales engagement.
- Familiarity with energy efficiency standards, smart home integration trends, and sustainability messaging.
- Experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising, or point-of-sale campaign execution.
- Exposure to omnichannel strategies, including D2C e-commerce, social media, and influencer campaigns.
- Educational certifications such as Professional Marketing Certifications (e.g., CIM, AMA, Digital Marketing Institute) or Project Management Certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Postgraduate qualifications such as a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or relevant fields related to consumer goods or retail marketing.
