The Business Development Manager (BDM) will lead market development and sales growth in targeted sub-verticals by engaging directly with large end customers and specialized system integrators across Europe.
The role requires strategic market analysis, ecosystem management, and solution selling to expand LG’s presence and profitability.
What you'll do
- Analyze and segment untapped markets within assigned sub-verticals.
- Develop and expand the customer base through direct sales and partner networks (VARs, SIs).
- Identify new demand via key account management and ecosystem networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product planning, solution labs) and external partners to tailor competitive solutions.
- Create cross-business unit opportunities and support local sales with presentations, market insights, and training.
- Plan and enhance LG’s presence in industry events.
- Provide regular activity updates, sales forecasts, and maintain transparent reporting via Salesforce.
What you must have
- Strong strategic understanding of B2B ecosystems (End customer, SI partner).
- Analytical thinker with ability to translate complex challenges into actionable results.
- Proven track record in solution selling and new customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and C-level relationship-building skills.
