At LG, we believe that strategic growth and meaningful partnerships fuel success. We are currently hiring two Business Development Managers to lead market development and sales growth in Italy’s key verticals:
- 1 BDM for the Hospitality sector
- 1 BDM for the Enterprise sector
In these roles, you will engage directly with large end customers and ecosystem partners to expand LG’s presence and profitability by creating innovative B2B solutions tailored to each industry.
You will have the opportunity to lead LG’s growth in your assigned sector, driving strategic initiatives that shape the future of our business.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze, segment, and target key areas within your assigned vertical market (Hospitality or Enterprise).
- Define and manage the ecosystem of stakeholders in major accounts to boost LG’s market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities through key account management and networking with ecosystem partners.
- Develop compelling customer offerings using LG’s portfolio combined with external partnerships to enhance competitiveness.
- Lead and support local business development teams with market insights, presentations, and training.
- Plan and execute LG’s presence at industry events, collaborating with partners and internal teams.
- Deliver weekly activity updates, opportunity forecasts, and track progress against business goals.
- Use CRM tools to maintain transparent opportunity tracking and reporting.
- Work closely with logistics and service teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
What You Must Have
- 5+ years of proven success in strategic B2B selling, preferably in electronics, software, or digital solutions.
- Deep experience in your target market/channel, with established relationships with key end users.
- Prior experience in the Hospitality or Enterprise sectors.
- Strong solution selling skills and a track record of acquiring new customers.
- Leadership ability to motivate and engage both internal teams and external clients.
- Excellent analytical skills to translate complex challenges into actionable results.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and across regions.
- Strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of the B2B ecosystem.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Italian, with native-level proficiency preferred.
- Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field

- Familiarity with CRM and sales forecasting tools.
- Experience organizing or representing a company at industry events.
