About the Role:

This position plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for the air-conditioning sector across the Greater Manila Area. The role centers on developing and executing strategic channel sales plans, cultivating strong relationships with B2B partners and distributors, and managing a robust sales pipeline to support urban market expansion. Key responsibilities include market intelligence gathering, delivering compelling presentations, and uncovering growth opportunities through channel optimization. Collaboration with internal teams—Marketing, Supply Chain, and Logistics—is crucial to streamline operations and align business strategies with market demand. By leveraging client feedback and industry insights, this role supports continuous product and service enhancements. The ultimate objective: to expand market presence, strengthen channel partnerships, and drive sustainable business growth in a highly competitive metro landscape.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies focused on revenue growth and market share expansion within the Greater Manila Area.
  • Manage distributor relationships and oversee the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-ups.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches and product presentations tailored to urban B2B clients and channel partners.
  • Serve as the key liaison between the company and regional distributors, fostering long-term partnerships through trust, reliability, and tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance across various channels to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Gather client and distributor feedback to guide improvements in product offerings and support services.
  • Coordinate closely with Logistics to ensure efficient product delivery in densely populated urban areas.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports with clear metrics and forecasts, ensuring accountability and strategic planning.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of product portfolios and keep abreast of competitor activity and emerging market trends within the metro region.

 

 

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B channel sales, account management, or distributor engagement—ideally in HVAC, consumer electronics, or a similar industry.
  • Strong grasp of strategic planning, pipeline management, and channel development in urban markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working with logistics teams in metro regions is a plus.
  • Relevant sales or marketing certifications are advantageous.
  • Must own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license for field visits within Greater Manila.
  • Physically fit and willing to travel regularly across Metro Manila’s business districts.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Greater Manila for proximity to key accounts and partners.
