About the Role:-
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager – Central Air Conditioning (CAC) to drive LG’s CAC business growth in the Syrian market. The role focuses on key account management, channel development, and project pipeline growth while strengthening LG’s market position and brand presence.
You will work closely with LG distributors, consultants, and contractors, and report to the LGELF Lebanon Country Manager / Levant ES Team Leader.
 
Key Responsibilities:-
- Key Account Management
  • Manage and develop key accounts to ensure sustainable CAC business growth
  • Support and collaborate closely with LG distributors to ensure healthy business operations
  • Expand and maintain a strong network of consultants and contractors
- Sales & Business Strategy
  • Achieve annual sales targets and increase LG market share
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic action plans
  • Provide accurate market intelligence and insights to support business decisions
- Project & Pipeline Management
  • Build and manage a healthy project pipeline from early stage until award
  • Promote and present LG Central Air Conditioning solutions, highlighting competitive advantages
  • Ensure proper channel and project management in alignment with LG standards
Qualifications & Experience:-
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B engineering sales
  • Experience in managing key client accounts
  • Background in commercial air conditioning is a strong advantage
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities
  • Good understanding of channel and distributor management
  • Strong market network within construction, consulting, and contracting sectors
  • Proficient in MS Office and related business tools
Languages:
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Arabic
