As Digital Commerce & Retail Media Manager you will drive the performance of our digital presence across key retailer platforms. This role is crucial in managing the digital shelf, optimizing retailer website merchandising, localizing global campaigns, executing retail media initiatives, and ensuring high performance of our digital investments.

You will play a central role in our omnichannel growth strategy, ensuring that our brand and products are optimally presented and marketed in online retail environments.

 

WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT

Retail Media & Campaign Execution

• Manage and optimize retail media campaigns across key retailer platforms (Amazon, MediaWorld, Unieuro, etc.)

• Coordinate with media agencies and internal stakeholders to execute display, sponsored, and branded content campaigns

• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and brand visibility

 

Online Store Management (OSM) & Retail Merchandising

• Own the product experience on retailer websites: titles, descriptions, images, videos, A+ content, banners, etc.

• Ensure best-in-class execution of digital assets, in line with brand guidelines and SEO principles

• Partner with sales and trade marketing to align online and in-store strategies

 

Campaign Localization

• Adapt global campaigns to local market needs, ensuring cultural and retail-specific relevance

• Collaborate with HQ and creative teams to tailor content and visuals for local execution

 

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze campaign and media performance, creating detailed reports and recommendations

• Track key digital shelf metrics: share of search, content compliance, availability, and conversion

 

SEO for Retail & DTC (Direct-to-Consumer)

• Optimize product content for search performance on retailer sites and search engines

• Coordinate keyword research, tagging, and on-page SEO updates

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or retail media - preferably in consumer electronics, FMCG, or related industries
  • Solid knowledge of retail media platforms and performance metrics
  • Experience with online store management or digital merchandising in a retailer or brand context
  • Both analytical and creative, with strong project management skills and a solid understanding of the digital retail ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with Excel, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEM Rush
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate across functions
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken); other languages a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or equivalent
