Job Summary
As a Product Manager within the MEA RHQ, you will lead initiatives across marketing, sales, and production. You will collaborate closely with MEA subsidiaries and HQ to identify and resolve sales and marketing challenges. Your role will involve strategic decision-making, data analysis, and cross-functional communication to drive product success across the region.
What You'll Do
- Analyze sales and inventory trends (PSI, weekly sales reports).
- Monitor new product launches and development schedules; coordinate with HQ and subsidiaries.
- Assess MEA regional sales performance and forecast future trends.
- Conduct channel sell-out and flooring status analysis.
- Lead weekly meetings with HQ and subsidiary PMs/APMs to share sales operations updates and resolve issues.
- Travel across Middle East and African countries to investigate markets, assess market share, and benchmark competitors.
- Provide product training and support to subsidiary PICs.
- Oversee and guide subsidiaries on in-store management (ISM).
- Drive go-to-market (GTM) events and initiatives for MEA subsidiaries.
- Prepare weekly reports for management, as needed.
What You Should Have
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in home appliances/ consumer electronics or business planning/channel strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (other majors also considered).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Korean (mandatory).
- Demonstrated ability in time management, teamwork, and self-motivation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
- High focus on achieving business targets.
- Ability to lead cross-cultural teams and initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a multinational environment.
- Familiarity with MEA regional market dynamics.
