We are looking for an Intern (6-month period):
Internship Business Operations and Logistics (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Support intake, verification, and processing of internal documentation
- Assist with ERP (SAP) data entry and maintain data accuracy
- Help coordinate information flow with Logistics/SCM teams
- Maintain internal records related to contracts, scheduling, and workflows
- Prepare simple internal reports and meeting minutes
- Assist general office work
Experience Requirements / Competencies for all internship positions:
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain, International Business, or similar field
- Basic ERP/SAP skills or willingness to learn
- Safe handling of MS Office programs
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in documentation
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in an international environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish, knowledge of Korean is an advantage
- Customer and service-oriented attitude
- Structured, self-dependent, precise and solution-oriented manner
