What You’ll Do
- Prepare, analyze and maintain demand forecasts based on various aspects such as historical data, channel sell out & inventory trends and consensus of bottom up and top down forecasts
- Monitor and manage channel inventory level and sell in / sell out by keeping stock level healthy
- Keep demand forecast fluctuation low and avoid shortage or overstock
- Prepare and facilitate S&OP meetings including data preparation, scenario simulation, alignment with Sales and SCM and the documentation of decisions
- Collaborate closely and work cross-functionally with Sales, SCM and Order Management teams in operational level
- Analyze forecast accuracy and continuously improve the quality
- Identify risks and opportunities in demand management and proactively come up with mitigation plans
- Prepare regular demand and inventory related reports for local and regional stakeholders
You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management or related fields
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders
- Fluent in English; Korean or German is an advantage
