For our European Business Group, we are looking for a Customer Solution Engineer (m/f/d) in our Frankfurt office to strengthen our team as soon as possible:
Responsibilities:
- Support application development projects in different industries to help introduce our products and grow the market in the EMEA region
- Identify customer needs, hold online and offline meetings, and provide technical solutions with required documentation, in close collaboration with internal experts
- To provide technical solutions, the laboratory equipment must be operational, and the results obtained through experiments must be documented for providing
- Support the initiation and coordination of technical projects with customers and partners
- Support customer-led trials, production processes and co-development activities
- Manage the complaint handling process
- Monitor market and technology trends to find new application ideas and business opportunities and share insights to help the team prepare for the future
Experience Requirements / Competencies
- Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, or a related technical field
- Open to both entry-level candidates and professionals with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in automotive-related product development, application development, or technical engineering roles is preferred
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication abilities
- Structured, responsible, independent, and growth-oriented mindset
- Business fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in German, French, Spanish, Polish, Italian, or Korean is an advantage
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and teamwork skills with a customer-, service-, and solution-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the EMEA region without visa restrictions and possession of a valid Class B driving license
