Our Europe Eco Solutions Business Division is currently looking for a ES Energy & Housing Sales Leader, to support business growth in specific vertical markets across Germany.
Key roles & responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Energy/Utilities and Housing/Construction business in the assigned market, aligned with the company's overall short and long-term goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the local Subsidiary ES KAM, Engineering and Sales Support staff dedicated to these verticals, in close alignment with LGEDG's ES Sales Leader and EU ES Business Division Management, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize potential and achieve sales and business development goals.
- Develop strategies for market cultivation and growth of end-customer engagement, to ensure the expansion of Energy and Housing business customer base.
- Establish significant relationships with potential clients, partners, key decision makers and industry leaders to promote the Company’s products and solutions. Lead the most important, complex or difficult negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the Company’s business interests.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments and overall competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Oversee pipeline and sales forecasts, budgets, performance metrics and maintenance of the CRM system, regularly reporting on progress to Senior Management.
- Develop and execute taylor made business concepts based on the customers need based on the building protfolio and required services.
- Cooperation with the back office and sales engineers to provide the customer with feasibility studies RoI analyses, planning support as well as final quotations.
- Participate in tenders for projects, prepare annual agreement and partner contracts as well as annual negotiation on contracts, after sales agreements.
- Participate ad customer events and fairs.
- Provide technical consultancy for energy suppliers, municipalities and housing associations.
- Provide technical support to Planning / Design offices.
- Design technical planning of HVAC systems for residential and commercial buildings.
- Execute RoI analyses and feasibility studies for individual residential and commercial buildings, as well as for district heating with heat pumps and chillers.
Required qualifications, skills and experience
- Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Energy, Electrical or equivalent) or Economics with a strong technical understanding of the HVAC industry
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Sales Teams and/or Key Account Management and 10 years in the HVAC industry
- Access to Housing Associations and Energy Suppliers in Germany
- Strong skills in communication on executive management level in German
- Solid skills with CRM Salesforce
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point)
- Fluent in German and English
