We are looking for an EU HVAC Quality Control & Field Support Engineer to strengthen our technical support and quality management across European markets. Inthis role, you will work closely with European subsidiaries and HQ to analyze HVAC field issues, improve product and service quality, and support continuoustechnical capability development.

 

Key roles & responsibilities

 

Field Quality & Technical Support

  • Respond to HVAC field issue inquiries and provide technical analysis and solutions
  • Visit customer sites to investigate field issues, conduct system checks, and prepare technical reports
  • Identify product improvement opportunities based on field feedback

 

Technical Documentation & Training

  • Create and manage Technical Guides to improve installation and service quality in Europe
  • Develop training materials and deliver technical training to European subsidiaries

 

Cross-Regional Communication

  • Act as a technical interface between HQ in Korea and our 14 European subsidiaries
  • Analyze field issue phenomena, define potential root causes, and propose countermeasures
  • Provide indirect quality support via email and regular communication channels

 

Stakeholder & Issue Management

  • Hold regular meetings with assigned subsidiaries to track and manage quality issues
  • Support product quality improvement initiatives in European warehouses
