Key roles & responsibilities

 

You will be responsible for the development of this business in local region and corporating with EU cloud device teams from other European Subsidiaries/Branches.

  • Build relationships with customers (SIs, Distributors, End-Users, and OEM partners, etc) in Europe.
  • New product introduction, find and build up business opportunities.
  • Take part in cloud exhibitions in Europe.
  • Product demonstration and test with cloud devices for customers and employees.
  • Design and execution of the customer and employees training.
  • Collaborates with sales forces of European subsidiaries on sales.
  • Gather and report market intelligence i.e. industry/customer market trends, quality issues, regulation issues.
  • Consult to local sales and SE regarding technical issue and request.
  • Work closely with R&D team as well as product management to support customer needs through product innovation and development.

 

 

Required qualifications, skills and experience 

 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar in the same/similar market
  • Excellent understanding of the cloud market
  • Excellent understanding of the cloud device operation
  • Technical skill of finding solution from a customers’ various issue
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent communication skills to address many internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly focused on business targets
  • Excellent team worker, self-driven and self-motivated
  • Positive and active attitude
  • BSc. Computer engineering, software engineering or related major; MSc. in the areas will be valued
  • Local Language and excellent command of English, other European languages will be valued
