Our Europe Media Solutions Business Unit, responsible for Information Display and Information Technology businesses, is looking for a creative, resilient, andproactive Working Student to join its Media Solutions B2B Marketing Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation,event management, and digital marketing strategy within a dynamic, international environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a working student inmarketing or an agency, with a passion for learning in a global setting.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Support event planning and execution, including lead generation, logistics, and post-event analysis.
- Develop and manage engaging content for social media (LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring brand consistency.
- Assist in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, geo-targeted campaigns, and ROI tracking.
- Use Salesforce and other tools to manage leads and event-related data.
- Collaborate with European marketing teams to understand event strategy and performance.
- Create visual and written content (using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) for campaigns and events.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and campaign efficiency.
- Monitor and report on social media and event performance, providing actionable insights.
Required qualifications, skills and experience
- Currently studying Marketing, Communications, or a related field (BSc/MSc).
- Prior working student experience in marketing, an agency, or event management.
- Creative, resilient, and eager to learn in an international, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, lead generation tools, and event management platforms (a plus).
- Knowledge of SEO, content development, and social media best practices (a plus).
- Proficient in English (other European languages are an advantage).
- Experience with AI-based content tools (a plus).
