We are looking for a Planning Manager to join EHQ's Planning organization, focusing on providing financial and business data-driven insights and recommendationsto support strategic decision making.
Key roles & responsibilities
- Planning and Objective Management
- Assist in developing mid- to long-term business strategies and goals
- Analyze business performance and propose improvement actions
- Budgeting & Financial Management
- Plan and monitor annual budgets
- Conduct P&L analysis, cost control, and financial KPI management
- Reporting & Decision-Making Support
- Prepare management reports (performance report, etc.)
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
Required qualifications, skills and experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role, ideally in the Financial Planning organization of a large multinational company
- In depth knowledge of corporate finance
- Strong communication, analytical and reporting skills
- High level of organization and management of several tasks simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with strong focus on execution and resolution of complex challenges in a team environment
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point) and understanding of Finance IT systems
- Fluent in English and Korean
